SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dnajb11 (DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B11, also called ERdj3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dnajb11 qPCR Primer Set – DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B11
Also known as: LRRGT00084
About this gene: Dnajb11 is predicted to enable misfolded protein binding activity; signaling receptor binding activity; and unfolded protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in positive regulation of ATP-dependent activity and protein maturation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within mRNA modification and negative regulation of neurogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 360734; UniProt: Q6TUG0; Chromosome location: 11q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
