SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Adm2 (adrenomedullin 2, also called Intermedin) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Adm2 qPCR Primer Set – adrenomedullin 2
Also known as: Imd
About this gene: Adm2 is predicted to enable hormone activity. It is involved in adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; feeding behavior; and negative regulation of blood pressure. Predicted to be active in extracellular region.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 399475; UniProt: P61312; Chromosome location: 7q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
