SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dffa (DNA fragmentation factor subunit alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dffa qPCR Primer Set – DNA fragmentation factor subunit alpha
Also known as: ICAD-S
About this gene: Dffa is predicted to enable deoxyribonuclease inhibitor activity. It is predicted to be involved in apoptotic process; negative regulation of apoptotic DNA fragmentation; and negative regulation of execution phase of apoptosis. It is predicted to act upstream of or within positive regulation of apoptotic process and thymocyte apoptotic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 114214; Chromosome location: 5q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
