SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Decr2 (2,4-dienoyl-CoA reductase 2, also called DCR-AKL) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Decr2 qPCR Primer Set – 2,4-dienoyl-CoA reductase 2
Also known as: Dcrakl, putativeperoxisomal24-dienoyl-CoAreductase
About this gene: Decr2 enables 2,4-dienoyl-CoA reductase activity. It is predicted to be involved in unsaturated fatty acid biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64461; UniProt: Q9Z2M4; Chromosome location: 10q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
