SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dcx (doublecortin) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dcx qPCR Primer Set – doublecortin
About this gene: Dcx belongs to the doublecortin family. The Dcx protein contains two doublecortin domains, which bind microtubules and regulate microtubule polymerization. In the developing cortex, cortical neurons must migrate over long distances to reach the site of their final differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84394; Chromosome location: Xq33-q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
