SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dcdc2a (doublecortin domain containing 2a) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dcdc2a qPCR Primer Set – doublecortin domain containing 2a
Also known as: Dcdc2
About this gene: Dcdc2a belongs to the doublecortin family. The Dcdc2a protein contains two doublecortin domains. The doublecortin domain has been demonstrated to bind tubulin and enhance microtubule polymerization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 291130; UniProt: D3ZR10; Chromosome location: 17p11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
