SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dbh (dopamine beta-hydroxylase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dbh qPCR Primer Set – dopamine beta-hydroxylase
Also known as: DOPBHY
About this gene: Dbh enables copper ion binding activity and dopamine beta-monooxygenase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to manganese ion; cellular response to nicotine; and norepinephrine biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25699; UniProt: Q05754; Chromosome location: 3p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
