SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dap (death-associated protein, also called Rap7a) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dap qPCR Primer Set – death-associated protein
Also known as: Rap7a
About this gene: Dap is predicted to enable ribosome binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in apoptotic signaling pathway; negative regulation of autophagy; and ribosome hibernation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within apoptotic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64322; UniProt: Q9QX67; Chromosome location: 2q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
