SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dach2 (dachshund family transcription factor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Dach2 qPCR Primer Set – dachshund family transcription factor 2
Also known as: RGD1561687
About this gene: Dach2 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to act upstream of or within development of primary female sexual characteristics. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 302333; Chromosome location: Xq31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
