SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ctsc (cathepsin C, also called DPPI) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ctsc qPCR Primer Set – cathepsin C
Also known as: CATC, DPP-I, DPPI
About this gene: Ctsc enables multiple functions, including chloride ion binding activity; identical protein binding activity; and protein-folding chaperone binding activity. It is involved in positive regulation of protein catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25423; UniProt: P80067; Chromosome location: 1q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
