SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ctdp1 (CTD phosphatase subunit 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ctdp1 qPCR Primer Set – CTD phosphatase subunit 1
About this gene: Ctdp1 is predicted to enable RNA polymerase II CTD heptapeptide repeat phosphatase activity; TFIIF-class transcription factor complex binding activity; and Tat protein binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of cell growth involved in cardiac muscle cell development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 291414; Chromosome location: 18q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
