SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Adarb1 (adenosine deaminase, RNA-specific, B1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Adarb1 qPCR Primer Set – adenosine deaminase, RNA-specific, B1
Also known as: Adar2, Red1
About this gene: Adarb1 encodes a double-stranded-RNA-specific adenosine deaminase that is involved in editing pre-mRNAs by site-specific conversion of adenosine to inosine. Substrates for this enzyme include ionotropic glutamate receptors and serotonin receptor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25367; UniProt: P51400; Chromosome location: 20p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
