SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cryba1 (crystallin, beta A1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cryba1 qPCR Primer Set – crystallin, beta A1
Also known as: BA3A1C, beta-A3
About this gene: Cryba1 is predicted to enable identical protein binding activity. Predicted to be a structural constituent of eye lens. It is involved in multiple processes, including lens development in camera-type eye; negative regulation of intracellular signal transduction; and positive regulation of anoikis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25583; UniProt: P14881; Chromosome location: 10q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
