SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Crh (corticotropin releasing hormone, also called CRF) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Crh qPCR Primer Set – corticotropin releasing hormone
Also known as: CRF
About this gene: Crh enables corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 1 binding activity and corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 2 binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including regulation of secretion by cell; regulation of signal transduction; and response to corticosteroid. Is active in neuronal dense core vesicle lumen.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81648; UniProt: P01143; Chromosome location: 2q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
