SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cpe (carboxypeptidase E, also called CPH) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cpe qPCR Primer Set – carboxypeptidase E
Also known as: CARBE, Cph
About this gene: Cpe enables carboxypeptidase activity; cobalt ion binding activity; and protein domain specific binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to dexamethasone stimulus; generation of neurons; and peptide hormone processing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25669; UniProt: P15087; Chromosome location: 16p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
