SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Clcnkb (chloride voltage-gated channel Kb, also called ClC-K2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Clcnkb qPCR Primer Set – chloride voltage-gated channel Kb
Also known as: ClC-K2L, Clck2, Clcnk1l
About this gene: Clcnkb belongs to the CLC family of voltage-gated chloride channels. The gene is located adjacent to a highly similar chloride channel gene on chromosome 5. Clcnkb is syntenic with human CLCNKA.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79430; UniProt: P51802; Chromosome location: 5q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
