SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cic (capicua transcriptional repressor) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Cic qPCR Primer Set – capicua transcriptional repressor
About this gene: Cic is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific; RNA polymerase II transcription regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity; and chromatin binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including learning or memory; regulation of DNA-templated transcription; and social behavior. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 308435; Chromosome location: 1q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
