SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Chst7 (carbohydrate sulfotransferase 7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Chst7 qPCR Primer Set – carbohydrate sulfotransferase 7
Also known as: Gn6st-4
About this gene: Chst7 is predicted to enable N-acetylglucosamine 6-O-sulfotransferase activity and chondroitin 6-sulfotransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in N-acetylglucosamine metabolic process; chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process; and sulfur compound metabolic process. Predicted to be active in Golgi apparatus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 302302; UniProt: Q6XQG8; Chromosome location: Xq11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
