SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Chordc1 (cysteine and histidine rich domain containing 1, also called Morgana) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Chordc1 qPCR Primer Set – cysteine and histidine rich domain containing 1
Also known as: CHP-1
About this gene: Chordc1 is predicted to enable Hsp90 protein binding activity; adenyl ribonucleotide binding activity; and zinc ion binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including centrosome duplication; regulation of cellular response to heat; and regulation of centrosome duplication.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 315447; UniProt: D4A4T9; Chromosome location: 8q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
