SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Chfr (checkpoint with forkhead and ring finger domains) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Chfr qPCR Primer Set – checkpoint with forkhead and ring finger domains
About this gene: Chfr is predicted to enable nucleotide binding activity and ubiquitin protein ligase activity. It is predicted to be involved in meiotic spindle checkpoint signaling; mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint; and ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including positive regulation of protein metabolic process; protein destabilization; and protein polyubiquitination.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 288734; Chromosome location: 12q16
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
