SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cep72 (centrosomal protein 72) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cep72 qPCR Primer Set – centrosomal protein 72
Also known as: RGD1566336
About this gene: Cep72 is predicted to enable identical protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in gamma-tubulin complex localization; microtubule cytoskeleton organization; and regulation of protein localization to centrosome. Predicted to be active in centriolar satellite.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 308064; Chromosome location: 1p11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
