SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cenpa (centromere protein A) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cenpa qPCR Primer Set – centromere protein A
Also known as: RGD1563607
About this gene: Cenpa is predicted to enable nucleosomal DNA binding activity. Predicted to be a structural constituent of chromatin. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including chromosome organization; establishment of mitotic spindle orientation; and heterochromatin formation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 298850; Chromosome location: 6q14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
