SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Celsr1 (cadherin, EGF LAG seven-pass G-type receptor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Celsr1 qPCR Primer Set – cadherin, EGF LAG seven-pass G-type receptor 1
About this gene: Celsr1 is predicted to enable G protein-coupled receptor activity and calcium ion binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in axonogenesis; cell-cell adhesion mediated by cadherin; and establishment of planar polarity. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including Rho protein signal transduction; apical protein localization; and morphogenesis of an epithelium.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 300128; Chromosome location: 7q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
