SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cecr2 (CECR2, histone acetyl-lysine reader) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Cecr2 qPCR Primer Set – CECR2, histone acetyl-lysine reader
Also known as: RGD1564182
About this gene: Cecr2 is predicted to enable ATP-dependent chromatin remodeler activity. It is predicted to be involved in chromatin remodeling; execution phase of apoptosis; and single fertilization. It is predicted to act upstream of or within inner ear development and primary neural tube formation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 500308; Chromosome location: 4q42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
