SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ceacam1 (CEA cell adhesion molecule 1, also called GP110) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ceacam1 qPCR Primer Set – CEA cell adhesion molecule 1
Also known as: BGPR, Bgp, CD66a, Ccam1
About this gene: Ceacam1 enables multiple functions, including bile acid transmembrane transporter activity; calmodulin binding activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including homophilic cell-cell adhesion; insulin catabolic process; and regulation of signal transduction. It acts upstream of or within positive regulation of MAP kinase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81613; UniProt: P16573; Chromosome location: 1q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
