SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cd36 (CD36 molecule, also called GPIV) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Cd36 qPCR Primer Set – CD36 molecule
Also known as: FAT, GPIV, Scarb3
About this gene: Cd36 enables lipoprotein particle binding activity; lipoteichoic acid immune receptor activity; and low-density lipoprotein particle receptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of intracellular signal transduction; regulation of gene expression; and regulation of reactive oxygen species metabolic process. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including phagocytosis; positive regulation of cytokine production; and response to bacterium.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12491; UniProt: Q08857; Chromosome location: 5 A3|5 8.11 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
