SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cd226 (CD226 antigen) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Cd226 qPCR Primer Set – CD226 antigen
Also known as: DNAM-1, DNAM1, Pta1, TLiSA1
About this gene: Cd226 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including identical protein binding activity; integrin binding activity; and protein kinase binding activity. It acts upstream of or within positive regulation of natural killer cell cytokine production and positive regulation of type II interferon production.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 225825; UniProt: Q8K4F0; Chromosome location: 18 E4|18 59.05 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
