SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cct8 (chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 8, also called CCT-theta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Cct8 qPCR Primer Set – chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 8
Also known as: Cctq, Tcpq
About this gene: Cct8 is predicted to enable protein folding chaperone and unfolded protein binding activity. It acts upstream of or within binding activity of sperm to zona pellucida.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12469; UniProt: P42932; Chromosome location: 16 C3.3|16 49.57 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
