SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ccndbp1 (cyclin D-type binding-protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ccndbp1 qPCR Primer Set – cyclin D-type binding-protein 1
Also known as: DIP1, GCIP, Maid, SECC-8, SSEC-8
About this gene: Ccndbp1 is predicted to be located in nuclear body. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 17151; UniProt: Q3TVC7; Chromosome location: 2 E5|2 60.37 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
