SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Acp4 (acid phosphatase 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Acp4 qPCR Primer Set – acid phosphatase 4
Also known as: Acpt, EG546967, Gm1432
About this gene: Acp4 is predicted to enable acid phosphatase activity; protein tyrosine phosphatase activity; and receptor tyrosine kinase binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of ERBB4 signaling pathway; negative regulation of protein metabolic process; and regulation of neuronal synaptic plasticity. Predicted to be active in glutamatergic synapse; lysosome; and synaptic membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 100503991; UniProt: D3YTS9; Chromosome location: 7 B3|7 28.77 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
