SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Acp3 (acid phosphatase 3, also called FRAP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Acp3 qPCR Primer Set – acid phosphatase 3
Also known as: 5'-NT, A030005E02Rik, Acpp, FRAP, Lap, PAP, Ppal
About this gene: Acp3 enables thiamine phosphate phosphatase activity. It is involved in nucleobase-containing small molecule metabolic process; regulation of sensory perception of pain; and thiamine metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56318; UniProt: Q8CE08; Chromosome location: 9 F1|9 56.61 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
