SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Taco1 (translational activator of mitochondrially encoded cytochrome c oxidase I) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Taco1 qPCR Primer Set – translational activator of mitochondrially encoded cytochrome c oxidase I
Also known as: 2310066I18Rik, Ccdc44
About this gene: Taco1 enables mRNA binding activity; mitochondrial ribosome binding activity; and rRNA binding activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including mitochondrial respiratory chain complex IV assembly; motor learning; and regulation of cytochrome-c oxidase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 70207; UniProt: Q8K0Z7; Chromosome location: 11 E1|11 68.89 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
