About this gene: Casq2 enables calcium ion sequestering activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including regulation of membrane repolarization during ventricular cardiac muscle cell action potential; regulation of metal ion transport; and sarcomere organization. It acts upstream of or within regulation of cardiac muscle contraction by regulation of the release of sequestered calcium ion.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
