SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Carm1 (coactivator-associated arginine methyltransferase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Carm1 qPCR Primer Set – coactivator-associated arginine methyltransferase 1
Also known as: Prmt4, m9Bei
About this gene: Carm1 enables protein-arginine N-methyltransferase activity; transcription cis-regulatory region binding activity; and transcription coactivator activity. It is involved in nuclear receptor-mediated steroid hormone signaling pathway; positive regulation of fat cell differentiation; and regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including estrogen receptor signaling pathway; positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction; and regulation of growth plate cartilage chondrocyte proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 59035; UniProt: Q9WVG6; Chromosome location: 9|9 A3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
