SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Card14 (caspase recruitment domain family, member 14, also called Bimp2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Card14 qPCR Primer Set – caspase recruitment domain family, member 14
Also known as: Bimp2, CARMA2
About this gene: Card14 is predicted to enable CARD domain binding activity and signaling adaptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction; positive regulation of protein phosphorylation; and tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 170720; UniProt: Q99KF0; Chromosome location: 11 E2|11 83.36 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
