SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cacnb1 (calcium channel, voltage-dependent, beta 1 subunit, also called CAB1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Cacnb1 qPCR Primer Set – calcium channel, voltage-dependent, beta 1 subunit
Also known as: CAB1, Cchb1, Cchlb1
About this gene: Cacnb1 enables high voltage-gated calcium channel activity. It acts upstream of or within calcium ion transport and protein targeting to membrane. Is active in presynapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12295; UniProt: Q8R3Z5; Chromosome location: 11 D|11 61.5 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
