SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cacna2d2 (calcium channel, voltage-dependent, alpha 2/delta subunit 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Cacna2d2 qPCR Primer Set – calcium channel, voltage-dependent, alpha 2/delta subunit 2
Also known as: Cacna2d, a2d2, du, mKIAA0558, td, torpid
About this gene: Cacna2d2 enables voltage-gated calcium channel activity. It is involved in regulation of neurotransmitter receptor localization to postsynaptic specialization membrane. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including neuromuscular junction development; positive regulation of organ growth; and rhythmic synaptic transmission.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56808; UniProt: Q6PHS9; Chromosome location: 9 F1|9 58.02 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
