SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cacna1h (calcium channel, voltage-dependent, T type, alpha 1H subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Cacna1h qPCR Primer Set – calcium channel, voltage-dependent, T type, alpha 1H subunit
Also known as: Cav3.2, MNCb-1209, alpha13.2
About this gene: Voltage-dependent Ca channels mediate the entry of Ca ions into excitable cells and are involved in a variety of Ca-dependent processes, including muscle contraction, hormone or neurotransmitter release, and gene expression. The Cacna1h protein is an integral membrane protein that belongs to the calcium channel alpha-1 subunits family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 58226; Chromosome location: 17 A3.3|17 12.53 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
