SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Znhit1 (zinc finger, HIT domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Znhit1 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger, HIT domain containing 1
Also known as: 2700001K05Rik, ZNFN4A1
About this gene: Znhit1 enables chromatin binding activity and histone deacetylase binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including hematopoietic stem cell homeostasis; intestinal stem cell homeostasis; and regulation of gene expression. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of G0 to G1 transition; negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; and regulation of T cell proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 70103; UniProt: Q8R331; Chromosome location: 5 G2|5 76.09 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
