SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Btn1a1 (butyrophilin, subfamily 1, member A1, also called BT) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Btn1a1 qPCR Primer Set – butyrophilin, subfamily 1, member A1
Also known as: Btn
About this gene: Btn1a1 is predicted to enable signaling receptor binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in T cell receptor signaling pathway and regulation of cytokine production. Predicted to be active in external side of plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12231; UniProt: Q62556; Chromosome location: 13 A3.1|13 9.72 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
