SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Usp32 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 32) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Usp32 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin specific peptidase 32
Also known as: 2900074J03Rik, 6430526O11Rik
About this gene: Usp32 is predicted to enable cysteine-type deubiquitinase activity. It is predicted to be involved in positive regulation of TORC1 signaling. Predicted to be active in Golgi apparatus; glutamatergic synapse; and postsynaptic density, intracellular component.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 237898; UniProt: F8VPZ3; Chromosome location: 11 C|11 51.34 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
