SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ube2h (ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2H, also called UBCH2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ube2h qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2H
Also known as: 1500009C23Rik, E2-20K, Gid3, Ubc8
About this gene: Ube2h enables ubiquitin conjugating enzyme activity. It acts upstream of or within proteasome-mediated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22214; UniProt: P62257; Chromosome location: 6 A3.3|6 12.52 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
