SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Tyr (tyrosinase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Tyr qPCR Primer Set – tyrosinase
Also known as: Oca1, albino, c, skc35
About this gene: Tyr enables protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in eye pigmentation. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including melanin biosynthetic process; pigmentation; and thymus development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22173; UniProt: P11344; Chromosome location: 7 D3|7 49.01 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
