SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Tsnax (translin-associated factor X) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Tsnax qPCR Primer Set – translin-associated factor X
Also known as: Trax
About this gene: Tsnax is predicted to enable A2A adenosine receptor binding activity; RNA binding activity; and RNA endonuclease activity. Predicted to contribute to sequence-specific DNA binding activity and single-stranded DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in siRNA processing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 53424; UniProt: Q9QZE7; Chromosome location: 8 E2|8 73.1 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
