SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Trio (triple functional domain (PTPRF interacting)) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Trio qPCR Primer Set – triple functional domain (PTPRF interacting)
Also known as: 6720464I07Rik, Solo
About this gene: Trio is predicted to enable enzyme binding activity and guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor activity. It is involved in negative regulation of fat cell differentiation. Predicted to be active in multiple cellular components, including Schaffer collateral - CA1 synapse; glutamatergic synapse; and presynaptic active zone.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 223435; UniProt: Q0KL02; Chromosome location: 15 B1|15 10.4 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
