About this gene: Trim9 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including SNARE binding activity; protein homodimerization activity; and ubiquitin protein ligase activity. It is predicted to be involved in negative regulation of SNARE complex assembly; negative regulation of dense core granule exocytosis; and proteasome-mediated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within synaptic vesicle exocytosis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
