About this gene: Bmpr1b encodes a serine/threonine kinase that acts as a receptor for bone morphogenetic proteins. The Bmpr1b protein is a type I receptor, and forms a complex of two type II and two type I receptors at the cell membrane. This complex signals downstream to activate SMAD transcriptional regulators.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
