SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Bmper (BMP-binding endothelial regulator, also called mCV2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Bmper qPCR Primer Set – BMP-binding endothelial regulator
Also known as: 3110056H04Rik, CV-2, Crim3, Cv2
About this gene: Bmper encodes a secreted protein that contains five Von Willebrand factor type C domains and a Von Willebrand factor type D domain and a trypsin inhibitory-like domain. The Bmper protein binds to bone morphogenetic proteins and regulates their activity. Mutation of the related gene in humans causes diaphanospondylodysostosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 73230; UniProt: Q8CJ69; Chromosome location: 9 A3|9 9.55 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
