SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Tob2 (transducer of ERBB2, 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Tob2 qPCR Primer Set – transducer of ERBB2, 2
Also known as: 2900090N22Rik, 4930545K18Rik, mKIAA1663
About this gene: Tob2 enables nuclear vitamin D receptor binding activity. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of osteoclast differentiation; positive regulation of ossification; and regulation of gene expression. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57259; UniProt: Q9JM55; Chromosome location: 15 E1|15 38.26 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
