About this gene: Birc2 enables ubiquitin-protein transferase activity. It is involved in necroptotic process and positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including cellular response to tumor necrosis factor; negative regulation of necroptotic process; and negative regulation of ripoptosome assembly involved in necroptotic process.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
